Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related field

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Accounts/HR/Admin (audit experience is a plus)

Proficient in MYOB, UBS, SQL, or Autocount, E-invoice

Strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented, organized, and good at prioritizing tasks

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

Accounting & HR

Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliation, invoicing, petty cash, and monthly accounts

Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors/tax agents for compliance

Handle HR matters: payroll, EPF/SOCSO, staff onboarding, HR letters, leave management

Maintain accurate finance & HR documentation and filing

PA & Admin Support

Assist management with scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation

Draft and prepare simple correspondence, reports, and presentations

Manage office supplies, filing systems, and day-to-day administration tasks

Liaise with external parties (banks, suppliers, service providers, government agencies)

Provide ad-hoc support to ensure smooth office operations
