Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and internal teams.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and online sales processes.
Familiarity with product listing optimization techniques to enhance product visibility and sales.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and order fulfillment procedures.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic e-commerce landscape.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic data analysis skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to promote products and drive online traffic.
Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles to enhance customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient online sales processes.
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, including writing compelling product descriptions, uploading high-quality images, and optimizing listings for search engines.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing returns and exchanges promptly and professionally.
Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in e-commerce performance.
Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, stay informed about competitor activities, and understand customer preferences and trends.
Assist in managing customer relationships through CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer data and personalized communication.
