Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, which include Payroll, Recruitment, compensation and benefits, discipline, foreign workers management, training and development, industrial relation, and other HR matters.
- To ensure continuous upkeep and filing of up-to-date documents in the personal files.
- To verify, process and ensure employees' monthly claims are in accordance with Company's policy.
- Perform and assist full spectrum of payroll processing and administration.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, JTK and etc, to ensure compliance of laws and regulations and attend to matters that require follow up action.
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date staff personal record in HRMS and staff personnel files.
- Assisting in all reports, data information & analytics, research analysis, etc in relation to payroll record and employee data.
-Handle and support any queries and issues related to HRMS.
- Anticipate in day to day administrative duties as required.
- Perform any ad-hoc task required by Superior or Head of Department, as and when required.

Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years experience in related filed.
- Computer Literate (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Photo adobe)
- Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately.
- Able to work in Prima Selayang, Batu Caves
- Working hours: Mon-Friday (8.00am-5.00pm)
