任职资格：

Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, cash flow management, and financial
modeling.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills for preparing proposals and reports.
Good understanding of banking processes, credit assessments, and financial
documentation.
Analytical, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and meet deadlines.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, or related finance
roles.
Prior experience dealing with banks, auditors, or investors is an advantage.
Exposure to business proposals, M&A, or fundraising will be a strong plus.

Assist in preparing and reviewing financial proposals for funding, project financing, and
investment opportunities.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions on matters such as loan applications, facilities
renewal, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and maintain cash flow projections, financing schedules, and loan summaries.
Support in negotiating banking terms, credit facilities, and interest rates with financial
institutions.
Track and monitor the utilization and repayment of bank facilities.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Conduct financial feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and return-on-investment (ROI)
evaluations for new business projects.
Prepare management reports, financial models, and forecasts to support strategic
decision-making.
Analyze company performance, variances, and key financial ratios.
Support senior management in preparing presentations and reports for investors, banks,
or board meetings.
Business Development Support
Assist in preparing project proposals, business plans, and investment decks for potential
ventures, collaborations, or expansions.
Perform market and competitor research to support business growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather operational and financial data for
proposals.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all financial documentation and agreements comply with company policies and
regulatory standards.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all corporate finance documents.
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and company secretaries when necessary
