-Supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing.

-Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works before deliveries

-Monitor site progress and implement day to day activities report & prepare site report summary regularly.

-Report any discrepancies or delay in works & follow-up procedures.

-Ensure work quality achieved and safety regulations are compiled.

-Arrange regular meeting with worker or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matter.

-Communicate, identify and solving potential risks and issues when arise.

-Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.

-Monitor the site progress, resolve any site issues that arise to ensure project handover on time.

--Job Requirements--
-Candidate have to able to read drawings, such as floorplan.

-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

-Candidates with Commercial experience will be added advantage.

-Good team player with strong commitment and self-motivated.

-Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients.

-Willing to travel outstation.

-Responsible to reply and problem solving at weekend if any emergency
