Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels like social media, email, and paid advertising.

• SKU Preparation & Product Presentation

• Implement a tracking system to monitor growing and dropping items

• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, including online marketplaces and social media channels

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost online sales

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them to enhance the company's online presence

• Lead the content strategy for each platform, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, campaign themes, and seasonal opportunities.

• Develop and implement winning strategies for Shopee & Lazada to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

•Track campaign ROI, audience engagement, and sales impact, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

•Plan, brief, and oversee production of engaging product videos, livestream scripts, product descriptions, and promotional creatives.



Qualifications & experience:

• Fluent in English, Mandarin (advantage), and Bahasa.

• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel and Word confidently.

• Sales experience will be an advantage.
