Requirements
Education Requirement:
· SPM / Diploma / Degree
. Work Experience: At least 1 year of administrative experience / No experience required
. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
· Language Ability: Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (Mandarin is an advantage)
. Personality/Attitude: Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual
. Legal Status: Malaysian citizen

Job Responsibilities:
. Organize and manage customer documents and records
. Perform data entry and update information accurately
. Assist in preparing and printing related documents
. Support supervisors with administrative tasks
. File documents and maintain proper recordkeeping
