任职资格
-Minimum SPM / diploma or any related field
-School leaver is encourage to apply
-Good in working with figures and calculation
-Computer literate
-Candidate with Mandarin speaking added advantage

岗位职责
-To support the department administration work
-Handle work order and invoices from local or oversea supplier
-Ensure all data and product details are correct for each product category
-Perform quality check for the products and assist in warehouse monthly stock take
-Perform stock checks and reconciliation between stock movement reports
-Prepare stock check report and findings for stock variance at respective department
-Assist on follow-up documentations, filing, quotation and work arrangement with
contractors and internal maintenance staff
