What We Look For:
-With at least 8 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 4
years in jewellry or management
-Strong communication and customer service skill
-Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including
Cantonese and Mandarin
-Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability
-Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team to achieve sales
target and high sense of responsibility
-Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
-Ability to work with POS systems, Microsoft applications and portable devices

How You Will Do IT:
-Assist to manage the operation of the Department
-Build up strong customer relationship
-Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity
-Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution
-Provide feedback to staff about performance and expectations
-Responsible for managing the operation of the department, the flow of goods and
improving the efficiency of employees
-Prepare sales and retail-related reports
