Requirements
-Minimum 1 year of experience hosting TikTok Live or Shopee Live (experience in beauty, lifestyle, or home appliance categories is an advantage).
-Outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
-Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
-Passionate about social media trends and audience engagement.
-Able to think quickly and respond appropriately during live interactions.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
-Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for live sessions.

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Live Host to join our social commerce team. The Live Host will be responsible for conducting engaging and persuasive TikTok Live sessions (and occasionally Shopee Live) to showcase our products, interact with audiences, and drive sales conversions. The ideal candidate should be camera-friendly, confident in speaking, and experienced in hosting e-commerce livestreams.

Key Responsibilities
-Host TikTok Live sessions (and Shopee Live if applicable) to promote products, demonstrate features, and engage with viewers in a lively and professional manner.
-Create livestream scripts and talking points together with the marketing team to ensure smooth delivery and product accuracy.
-Present product information clearly and convincingly to drive interest and conversions.
-Interact actively with viewers answer questions, respond to comments, and maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere.
-Work closely with the marketing and operation teams to plan livestream schedules, campaign themes, and product lineups.
-Support in creating short-form video content or product demos when not on live sessions.
-Monitor live performance metrics such as viewership, engagement, and sales; share feedback for improvement.
-Maintain a good brand image and adhere to company livestream guidelines.
