Requirements
-Minimum education: Secondary/High School; Diploma preferred.
-1-3 years of experience in customer service or warehouse operations.
-Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
-Basic knowledge of ERP systems or warehouse management software is a plus.
-Physically fit for manual tasks and able to operate handheld scanners (training provided).

Work Schedule
-Days: Monday - Saturday
-Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
-Overtime: As required

Responsibilities
The Customer Service & Picker/packer serves as a key point of contact for customers while also managing inbound goods in the warehouse. This dual role includes providing customer support, processing orders, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate inventory management and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
-Customer Support
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
-Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing.
-Address complaints and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution.
-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to fulfill customer needs.

Order Processing & Management
-Process sales orders, quotations, and returns.
-Track delivery schedules and update customers on order status.
-Ensure accuracy of invoices and related documentation.

Warehouse Duties
-Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against delivery orders.
-Accurately record stock quantities in the inventory system.
-Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies or damages.
-Pick and pack items according to customer orders, ensuring safety in handling and labeling.

General Tasks
-Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the warehouse.
-Support inventory management and assist team members with other operational tasks as needed.
-Generate reports on customer service performance and inventory status.
