Requirements
1. Qualification: SPM or equivalent
2. Experience: At least 2-3 years of F&B BOH experience.
3. Skills:
-Able to follow and execute any instruction given by company.
-Able communicate and interact to all levels with good interpersonal skills.
-Able to perform duties which require speed, efficiency, and organization skills.
-Maintain calm under pressure especially during peak hour.
-Understanding food allergies and dietary restriction.
-Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines.
-Able to work rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.

Responsibilities
1. Operation
-Provide highest standard of food quality.
-Learn and practice cooking technique.
-Ensure kitchen cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
-Follow instruction from superior.
-Ensure all SOPs & KPIs are followed.
-Help in procurement and stock management process

2.Report & Other
-Submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly in a timely manner.
-Gather useful information and provide feedback as per company request
-Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed by superior.

Role Purpose
-Responsible for the entire kitchen operation.
-Provide excellent food quality to customer.
-Assist in meeting KPIs and maintain good practice of SOP.
-To assist Station Chef on daily kitchen operation task.
