Key Responsibilities

-Oversee day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and service targets.

-Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels in line with company policies and KPIs.

-Implement effective sales strategies, store standards, and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement.

-Recruit, train, and lead employees, providing coaching and performance management to build a high-performing team.

-Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and customer service standards.

-Handle customer issues professionally and strengthen HomePro’s brand reputation.

-Conduct sales analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth.

-Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.

Requirements

-Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.

-Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing large-format retail operations (e.g., department stores, home improvement, hypermarkets, or similar).

-Strong leadership background with experience leading multi department teams

-Good knowledge of sales, merchandising, and retail operations.

-Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage budgets and KPIs.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Mandarin is an advantage).

-Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours (retail nature of the job).
