Job Description

Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in channel or partner sales within cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise Information Technology domains.
-Proven track record in selling network switches, firewalls, and cybersecurity solutions.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
-Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills - comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
-We require sales experience in selling switch, firewall, cyber security solutions (network & security).
-Highly organized with excellent administrative and reporting capabilities.
-Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel to meet partners and customers.

Responsibilities
-Business Performance & Profitability: Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain profitability to drive the company's overall revenue and growth objectives.
-Partner Growth & Recruitment: Actively identify, onboard, and develop new partners to expand the company's channel ecosystem.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, presales, and technical teams to drive opportunities from initial identification through successful implementation.
-Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are trained and certified on company products, equipped with the skills, demo environments, and tools to independently sell and demonstrate solutions.
-Partner Advocacy: Serve as the liaison between partners and internal teams to address challenges and improve collaboration.
-Joint Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute co-marketing activities with partners to boost lead generation and brand visibility.
-Market Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
-Market Intelligence: Gather and share insights on partner performance, market trends, and feedback to refine strategies.
