Requirements
We are looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Sales Support Assistant to support our growing team. This position is key to ensuring smooth daily operations while assisting our sales team in reaching business goals.

-Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
-Candidates must possess at least Diploma
-Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
-Previous experience in a sales support, administrative or customer service role is preferred
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
-A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
-Skills required: Sales Support, Order Processing, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Data Entry, Problem Solving and CRM Software

Responsibilities
-Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation and data entry
-Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide after sales support
-Support sales campaigns, reporting and follow ups
-General office tasks including filing, stock ordering and document preparation
