Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and images. (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, etc.).

-Process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

-Monitor and update product stock levels, coordinating with brand, warehouse and related teams as needed.

-Assist in customer service team to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return processes to ensure a positive customer experience.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

-Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

-Support the creation and analysis of sales performance reports and metrics.

-Identify and escalate any operational issues to senior management for timely resolution.

-Assist in improving internal processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Brands owners and Ecommerce marketers, Marketplace account managers, Logistics, Media Partners and Finance to ensure timely communication and completion of tasks.

-Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior/Company.


Job Requirements:

-Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience or have relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

-Diploma / Degree in Ecommerce, Business, Data Analysis or any other related fields.

-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic data analysis.

-Good communication skills and a team player.

-Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.

-Ability to multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to meet the expected outcomes.

-Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
