•Apply strong product knowledge to clearly explain features, benefits, and usage of items showcased.

•Schedule and post live stream replays or highlight clips to maximise content visibility and reach.

•Monitor live stream performance and audience engagement and provide insights to optimise future content.

•Stay updated on product information, customer preferences, and social media trends to guide content planning.

•Plan, generate and manage contents schedules and timelines independently.

•Film, edit and manage the upload content (short-form videos/photos) that highlights products, promotions, or key campaigns using basic editing tools ie Capcut, Canva etc.

•Ability to effectively manage and prioritize time to produce consistent and high-quality content.

•Work with marketing and sales team to develop related topics as promotional/marketing material.

•Collaborate with other content creators, influencers, or sponsors to cross-promote and create more engaging and diverse content.
