Requirements

Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Malaysian publishing industry, focusing on book printing services.
-Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at publishing houses and related organizations.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of potential clients.
-Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable deals while meeting customer expectations.
-Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of printed materials, addressing any client concerns or issues promptly.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
