Requirements
-Candidate must possess at SPM / Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience.
-Require skill(s) Possess computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - retail / General or equivalent.
-Have strong attention to investigate and troubleshoot issues independently.
-Having a professional telephone handling manner and be a confident and friendly communicator.

Responsibilities
-Provide support for the sales and marketing team as required.
-Assist in all sales related activities in meeting company's sales target.1 Yeer
-Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately and promptly
-Liaise with admin and planner to ensure all goods is delivered on time
-Manage relations with both new and existing customers
-Perform daily general administrative roles for sales team to ensure the smooth running of department such as data entry, processing order, general filing and etc.
-Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries
-Assist in any other task assigned from The Management from time to time.
-Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
