Join our Supply Chain Management team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant material flow that supports Proton’s production and export operations. Both positions are key to enhancing our supply chain performance, optimizing logistics processes, and supporting the company’s vision of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.

🔧 Position 1: Logistic Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive continuous improvement in logistics systems, material flow, and warehouse layout design.

-Plan, implement, and optimize logistics processes to support new model introductions and production changes.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply of materials to the production line.

-Lead Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

-Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations.

-Support equipment and automation integration to improve material handling efficiency.

-Participate in project management for new facilities, layout improvements, and system upgrades.


What We’re Looking For:

-Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Logistic Engineering).

-Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Material Flow Optimization.

-Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.

-Assertive, innovative, and a collaborative team player.

-Excellent project management skills with analytical and problem-solving ability.

-Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage details effectively.

📦 Position 2: Logistic Operation (International Logistics)

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and improve import logistics processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

-Oversee shipment documentation, clearance activities, and coordination with appointed agents.

-Plan and monitor inbound capacity schedules to support production requirements.

-Verify and process shipping invoices while ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy.

-Drive continuous improvement through process standardization and system optimization.

-Provide insights on supply performance, cost, and operational efficiency to management.


What We’re Looking For:

-Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related Engineering field.

-Hands-on experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, or supply chain management.

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

-Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.

-Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
