Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
-Fresh grade are welcome to apply.
-Mininum 1- 3 years' experience in accounting and administration (full set accounts preferred)
-Prefer language: Malays, English and Mandarin
-Proficient in SQL Accounting, knowledge of e-Invoicing and Microsoft Excel/Word is an advantage
-Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations (SST, income tax, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
-Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

Responsibilities
-Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing).
-Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
-Handle tax submissions (SST, income tax) and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
-Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital).
-Perform administrative duties such as documentation, correspondence, and office coordination.
-Support HR functions including payroll processing, leave management, and employee records.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
