Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

The role involves setting performance targets, defining KPIs, planning headcount requirements, and designing impactful sales campaigns/sales tools to drive sales acquisition and meeting organizational targets.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning and Target Setting

o Planning & reviewing for headcount, target, KPI and incentives scheme.

o Responsible for initiatives, Banca criteria and actionable tracking mechanism to achieve the assigned targets from management.

o Responsible for department finance functions, budget plannings and all related costs and revenues etc.

2. Sales Strategy Execution

o Develop sales strategies to re-direct sales behaviors, sales composition and to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

3. Sales, Market and Competitor Analysis

o Perform sales analysis to observe sales trending, predictive analysis and sales forecast.

o Perform market analysis to analyze market trends, competitors’ updates and to provide advice/recommendation as well as refine sales strategies.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

o Responsible to the development and execution of tactical campaigns to drive lead generation, enhance market penetration and meet tactical objectives.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

o Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to assess performance against targets.

o Provide senior management with insights and recommendations based on campaign and sales outcomes.

6. Other planning related matters may arise from time to time.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent qualification.

• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in sales planning or similar roles in sales management and in financial institutions.

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), as well as solid skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Experience in banking lending products sales roles will be an added advantage.

• Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
