Responsibilities
-Manage the tender process from initial identification of opportunities to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
-Prepare and maintain accurate records of all tender documents, sales contracts, and related correspondence.
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements.
-Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
-Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
-Coordinate with various departments, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure smooth tender and sales processes.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government contacts and clients.
-Monitor government websites and other sources for new tender opportunities relevant to the company's capabilities.
-Assist in contract management, including tracking contract milestones, deliverables, and payments.
