Job Description

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, SPM
-Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
-Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
-Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
-Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
-Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
-Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software's.

Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and cold outreach strategies within the designated territory.
-Conduct thorough needs analysis of prospective clients to understand their specific requirements and recommend appropriate tint film solutions from Vessolar's product portfolio.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Vessolar's tint film products.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements while adhering to company guidelines and achieving sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.
-Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and installation of tint film products, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the company's CRM system for effective sales management and reporting.
