Requirements
-Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
-Previous sales experience is an advantage

Responsibilities
-Handle incoming phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages, including orders, inquiries, and communication from customers and sales team members
-Prepare and issue essential sales documents such as Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes
-Coordinate and follow up on delivery arrangements to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
-Provide after-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns
-Ensure timely collection of customer payments in accordance with company terms
-Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping
-Support management with any ad hoc assignments as required
