Job Description

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales analysis or similar analytical role.
-Proficiency in sales analysis techniques, market research methodologies, and data analysis tools.
-Strong data visualization skills with experience in creating insightful reports and dashboards.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
-Proven ability to develop sales forecasts and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
-Must be able to work onsite in Perai, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
-Data collection and analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret complex sales data from multiple sources, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
-Reporting and visualization: Design and maintain dashboards andcreate reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue trends, sales pipeline health, and conversion rates.
-Performance monitoring: Track and analyze the sales performance of products, regions, and individual sales representatives, highlighting variances and growth opportunities.
-Forecasting and planning: Build and manage sales forecasting models using historical and market data to support revenue planning and resource allocation.
-Strategic insights: Identify sales trends, customer purchasing behavior, and patterns to provide data-driven recommendations that improve sales strategies.
-Process improvement: Analyze the sales process to identify inefficiencies and suggest data informed improvements to streamline operations.
-Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing to analyze campaign effectiveness, with finance on budget and profitability, and with operations to integrate data and systems.
-Competitive analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and benchmark company performance.
-Presentation of findings: Communicate complexanalytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.
