Job Description

Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a sales support role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
-Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
-Familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting tools.
-Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
-Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
-Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
-Maintain accurate records of sales, client data, and order documentation.
-Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product inquiries.
-Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
-Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, and other required documentation.
-Support the team in sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
-Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
