Requirements

Education & Experience
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not mandatory
-Fresh graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
-Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
-Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training will be provided)
-Strong numerical and analytical skills

Working Conditions
-Full-time position with standard warehouse hours
-Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods
-Work environment includes both office and warehouse settings
-May require standing, walking, and physical handling of inventory items

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Monitoring & Data Management
-Monitor daily warehouse activities and operations to ensure efficient workflow
-Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel to maintain warehouse records
-Track inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches in real-time
-Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status
-Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for warehouse documentation

Packaging Support & Quality Control
-Assist the packaging team with daily packaging operations and activities
-Conduct quality control inspections on packaged products to ensure standards are met
-Identify and report any packaging defects or quality issues
-Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packaged items
-Support packaging team in meeting daily production targets

Inventory Management
-Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
-Verify stock levels against system records and investigate discrepancies
-Assist in stock receiving, put-away, and picking operations
-Monitor stock rotation and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory
-Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation processes

Administrative Support
-Assist Production Manager with various documentation tasks and administrative duties
-Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation
-Support in creating and updating standard operating procedures
-Assist with vendor communication and coordination when required
-Help maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
