Requirements
-Prior experience in administrative roles (Fresh Grads are welcomed !)
-Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple teams and tenants.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
-Able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay and English.

Responsibilities

1. Tenant & Lease Management
-Support tenancy management activities such as document filing, renewals, and correspondence.
-Prepare, update, and maintain tenant-related records, reports, and databases.
-Track lease expiry dates, renewal schedules, and follow up on renewals.
-Coordinate and support tenant move-in procedures.
Assist tenants with basic operational questions, and ensure effective communication or escalation to relevant -departments when necessary.

2. Administration & Documentation
-Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leasing Management Team.
-Maintain accurate digital and physical tenancy agreement for easy reference.
-Assist in drafting letters, notices, or basic correspondence to tenants.
-Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
-Maintain records and filing systems for smooth office operations.

3. Communication & Coordination
-Liaise with internal departments (operations, account and marketing team) to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-up on issues.
-Act as a bridge between Management and tenants to resolve issues promptly.
-Support special projects, e.g., new outlet openings or tenant-related campaigns.
-Conduct periodic inspections to ensure tenant shops comply with hygiene and safety standards, and coordinate with relevant government authorities (e.g., KKM, DBKL) when necessary.
-Report and follow up on any issues requiring management intervention.
