Job Responsibilities:

-Manage storage inventory within the company target with optimum safety stocks and ensuring no stock outs

-Validate and meet the monthly inventory days of supply and facilitate the reduction of excess inventory

-Anticipate factors that might influence demand, such as Festive season, school holiday, monsoon season or upcoming promotions.

-Liaise with suppliers to ascertain delivery status and ensure timely action been taken for any delivery issue.

-Oversee and manage the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods

-Report and escalate any supply risk issue

-Prepare procurement report for management review

-Collaborate with merchandising, operations, distribution and other supply chain department team members to drive change for improvements

Job Requirements:

-Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Economics or equivalent

-Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.

-Proficient in Microsoft office and/or other business intelligence. (Eg : tableau/Power BI)

-Advanced mathematical and analytical skills

-Experience with statistical analysis.
