Job Responsibilities

-Set up new computers for new joiners.

-Provide assistance and troubleshooting for computer and printer-related issues.

-Guide users on Microsoft Office, printing, and email usage.

-Assist in setting up handheld machines.

-Troubleshoot handheld machine issues.

-Log support calls to vendors/principals if issues cannot be resolved internally.

-Support IT stock movement, including preparing Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and related documents.

-Liaise with outlet stores to resolve IT-related matters.

-Arrange and send IT stock to new outlet openings.

Job Requirements：

-Possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
