Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations.

-Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.

-Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transition.

-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.

-Assist in preparing HR-related letters, memos, and reports.

-Coordinate and support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training, and internal communications.

Requirement:

-Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.

-Fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR are welcome.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Proactive and resourceful with good organizational abilities.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
