Requirements
-Education: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support or admin roles is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies:
-Good in Microsoft Excel (formulas & basic data analysis)
-Strong communication in English, Malay & Mandarin
-Organized, responsible & able to work independently
-Experience in handling quotations & order documents
-Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities
-Prepare quotations, invoices, and order documents
-Support sales team and coordinate with customers
-Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collection
-Work closely with related departments such as Accounts, Logistics, and Store
-Handle daily sales administration and data entry
