Requirements
-Experience in administrative or accounting-related roles is an advantage (fresh grads are encouraged to apply).
-Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
-Good communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
-Able to work independently and demonstrate good punctuality.
-Must be available to work on Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
-Manage Accounts Receivable, including payment processing and debtor aging reports.
-Prepare and send invoices and quotations to clients.
-Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and walk-in visits.
-Attend to walk-in customers with professional and prompt service.
-Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
-Perform general administrative tasks, including document filing and maintaining organized records.
