Requirements
-Previous experience in stock administration or related roles.
-Understanding of delivery flow processes.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Good communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
-Input all delivery records accurately into the system.
-Enter and manage all purchase orders, ensuring follow-up on customer order flow.
-Monitor delivery procedures to ensure timely and correct delivery of products.
-Open product codes as needed and handle related documentation.
-Coordinate delivery arrangements with Lalamove.
-Collaborate effectively with the warehouse and showroom teams.
-Ensure all filing and documents are kept up-to-date and well-organized.
