Requirements
-Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
-2-3 years working experience in forwarding Operation and well versed in Royal Custom procedure.
-Willing to work under challenging environment
-KEK certificate is an added advantage
-Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
-Good in Logistics and Customs Documentation.

Responsibilities
-Key in Import & Export custom paper (K1,K2,K4,K8,K9ZB1, ZB) permit required for custom submission.
-Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance
-Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner
-Monitor and update containers through the port system
-Experienced in EDI, Dagang.NET and Port VGM submission
-Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advices duty/tax amount upon enquiry
-Provide timely report and appropriate analysis
-Ensure proper documentation filling and system update
-Monitor loading and unloading of warehouses and ports (if needed)
