Job Description

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:
-Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with professional beauty brand goals. This includes identifying target audiences and creating campaigns to engage them.

Campaign management:
-Oversee and optimize on & off-line beauty campaigns across various online channels, such as paid search (PPC), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Marketing:
-Development and planning of marketing strategies for on and off-line supporting brand division

Events & Brand launches:
-Organise and execute brand events to launch brands / range in the most creative and productive way

Content creation and management:
- Manage the creation and distribution of content for the company's website, blog, and social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.

Website and SEO:
-Improve website design, user experience, traffic, and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase organic rankings and visibility.

Analytics and reporting:
-Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Produce regular reports to management on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Budget management:
-Monitor and optimize marketing budgets, adjusting bids and resource allocation to improve ROI.

Internal & External Collaboration:
-Work with internal teams, such as creative, sales, and brand and also external KOLs to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

Trend analysis:
-Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.



Required skills and qualifications

-Diploma/Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing & Business

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience and have experience in beauty brands management

-Good written and communication English skills is a must

-Excellent understanding of local communities

-Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

-Strong project management and executional abilities

-Strong work ethics and performance-driven

-Have a strong flair in social media & digital marketing

-Self-starter, reliable and initiative

-Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

-Proficiency with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.

-Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

-Ability to think strategically and develop data-driven strategies.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and reporting on performance.
