Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate or equivalent.

-Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
-Exhibit excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional support and build lasting relationships with clients.
-Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Oro Stone's product offerings and their applications.
-Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends in the Johor Bahru region.
-Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and achieve sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
-Actively pursue sales opportunities to contribute to the company's revenue growth and market share.
-Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated territory (Johor Bahru) to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and visits, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development.
-Present and demonstrate Oro Stone products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications to effectively address their requirements.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
-Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer support.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data in the CRM system to track progress, identify opportunities, and generate reports.
