Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations Executive in a travel agency.
-Strong team player with the ability to multi-task effectively.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Proactive attitude with the confidence to challenge and improve processes.
-Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
-Strong listening skills and analytical thinking.
-Hands-on knowledge and proficiency in Amadeus (GDS).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
-Issue air tickets and coordinate with land operators, as well as manage direct bookings for hotels, restaurants, and attractions.
-Ensure all deadlines are met, including deposit payments, full payments, ticket issuance, and promotional timelines.
-Support product planners by closely monitoring trip costing (profit & loss, land arrangements, and ticketing costs).
-Update the system and provide clear instructions to assist counter staff with sales and follow-up actions.
-Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain strong working relationships with airlines and overseas suppliers.
-Liaise with airlines, overseas land operators, and transportation providers to arrange group travel requirements.
-Utilise the Amadeus airline booking system proficiently; handle all travel operations including tour and hotel reservations, ticketing, coordination, and internal staff support.
-Provide assistance for both pre-departure and post-departure requirements.
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
-Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and roadshows.
-Willing to work on weekends as required.
