Requirements
-Minimum 3-5 years' experience in property sales or developer liaison roles.
-Proven leadership and business development skills.
-Strong knowledge of project marketing, SPA processes, and property market dynamics.
-Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:
-Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives (projects & sub-sales) Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure high closing ratios Oversee the full sales pipeline - from lead generation to SPA signing Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals and marketing initiatives

Developer & Project Expansion:
-Identify and secure new developer partnerships and exclusive project appointments Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, bankers, and legal firms Attend industry events, represent the agency in high-level project meetings Analyze market trends, pricing, and buyer behaviors to spot opportunities

Company Growth & Associate Partner Expansion:
-Plan and execute strategies to expand the PropNex Cheras brand presence Identify and onboard new associate partners / team leaders / negotiators Build recruitment funnels and drive agent productivity & retention Assist in the execution of performance-based campaigns and recognition programs
