Requirements
-Has knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act
-Is proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software
-Maintains high attention to detail and confidentiality
-Communicates well with all levels of staff
-Has experience in admin and HR operations (recruitment, payroll, onboarding etc)

Responsibilities
-Handle customer enquiries
-Handle documentation, filing, and administrative support.
-Assist with office supplies management.
-Manage recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations.
-Support onboarding, leave management, and staff welfare.
-Assist in training coordination and performance reviews.
-Develop HR policies and ensure labour law compliance.
