Responsibility

-To manage all daily accounting & finance transactions including receivable and payable processes & journal entries maintenance.

-Perform reconciliation such as Bank Reconciliation, Invoice & Receipts, AR & AP are perform in good manner, follow up on outstanding transactions.

-General administrative duties including filing of vouchers and Invoices.

-Record and process all transactions related.

-Ability to work in a team as well as independently with little supervision.

-Deadlines oriented.

-Organizational and time management skills preferred.

-Has a strong sense of responsibility.

-Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Education:

-Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

-Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

-Accounting software: 3 years (Preferred)

-full set account: 2 years (Preferred)
