What You’ll Do

PO and DME Tracking (MY)

General Admin Support:
a) Team Update - To cascade company announcement to the entire W@POS team. For eg. Townhall meeting,
Department Activity and etc.

b) Adhoc administrative tasks - Responsible on the name card and table card printing for new joiner in the team.

c) Travel hotel booking - Managing and coordinating all travel arrangements for W@POS, including flight and hotel bookings

d) Stationaries - In-charged all the stationaries request from the team

PO Process Overview for New Stakeholders

Warehouse Inventory
a) Manage warehouse and storeroom Premiums inventory based on the template which is including existing Premiums and Vouchers on hand

b) Maintain the Pilot report

Samples or Goods Receiving and Premiums Request
a) In-charged the goods from vendor or Pilot logistic upon receiving

b) Awareness of Storeroom and Pilot Warehouse Storage

c) For any item collection or if assistance is needed to welcome guests /vendor to the office, this person will be the key contact

d) Managing the request for premiums stored at Level 16 storeroom with stakeholders

What You Bring

-Experience in sales of any field or FMCGs is an added advantage

-Fluent in oral communication and writings in English and Bahasa Melayu

-Proficient in computer skills; Words, Excel (familiar with Vlookup and Pivot) and PowerPoint

-No issue working under 1-year contract position (renewable)

-This role is based in Menara Lien Hoe, Petaling Jaya
