Requirements

INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORIES

-Performance-based commission to be discussed during the interview.
-Proficient in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication; familiar with Malaysia's local environment and culture.
-Possess a diploma or higher education qualification with 2-3 years of sales management experience; candidates with experience in automotive parts sales teams are preferred.
-Able to independently acquire clients through both online and offline channels, including but not limited to field promotion, cold outreach, and Facebook social media platforms.
-Demonstrates strategic thinking and unique insight into industry trends; candidates with strong professional networks or industry resources are preferred.
-Skilled in coordinating relationships and integrating resources to enhance overall team performance.
-Strong execution and public relations skills, highly resilient under pressure, and capable of independently achieving sales targets.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, Saturday 08:00-12:00.

Responsibilities
-Proactively expand local business in line with the company's annual abroad sales strategy, leading the sales team to achieve targets.
-Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to improve customer satisfaction.
-Conduct market research, analyze customer needs and competitive landscape, and formulate effective sales strategies.
-Manage and build the sales team, including training and performance evaluations.
-Collaborate across departments, coordinating with the China headquarters and other international divisions to address client needs and facilitate resource integration.

-Overall evaluation by direct supervisor.
