-Handle day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing, issuing purchase orders, and following up with suppliers.
-Monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials according to the required specifications and quality standards.
-Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and source for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
-Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier databases.
-Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination on material requirements and delivery schedules.
-Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and ISO standards.
-Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinate with the store or production team for replenishment needs.
-Support in preparing purchasing reports and documentation for management review.
-Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.


Job Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
-At least 2-3 years of working experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing background preferred).
-Good negotiation and communication skills.
-Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
-Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders).
-Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
