Mill Executive/Chemist

Requirements:

-Possess a degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemist or Chemical Engineering from higher education institution approved by the Malaysian Food Analysts Council or Registered Chemist under Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM),

-Fresh graduates or candidates with a few years of experience in palm oil milling are preferred.

-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

-Knowledge of RSPO, MSPO, and other industry standards will be an added advantage

Responsibility

-Assist the Mill Manager in daily operations of the mill.

-Ensure products recover efficiency, compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications.

-Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives and certification programs (RSPO, MSPO, etc.) at the mill level. Ensure full compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) requirements, and assist in sustainability audits and reporting.

-Lead awareness and training sessions related to mill processing, laboratory best practices, safety, and sustainability compliance among mill subordinate.
