🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Process Acumen: Learn up the workflows and sales/distribution operational processes of the company.

System Rollout: Assist in all system applications implementation.

Issue Resolution: Trouble shoot and liaise with systems managers to resolve ad hoc issues.

Monitoring: Monitor and ensure that applications are operating smoothly.

Improvement: Identify and suggest operational improvement areas.

Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports for management decision making.

✅ Requirement:

-Minimum Diploma in Computer studies/any other field of study, with at least 2 years of working experience.

-Easy to work with with high sense of ambiguity to identify requirements/issues.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Good analytical skills to identify issues and bottlenecks.

-Understand & well exposed to operational processes.
