Job Description
-Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and assist with guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
-Support the team with guest check-ins and check-outs under supervision.
-Provide guests with basic information about facilities, nearby attractions, and services.
-Assist with managing room reservations, including handling bookings, cancellations, and updates.
-Help conduct routine checks on room conditions and report any cleanliness or maintenance issues.
-Assist with basic billing inquiries and help resolve minor discrepancies.
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
-Prepare simple daily check-in/check-out lists and other guest-related documents.
-Help identify recurring issues and suggest improvements where needed.
-Perform basic data entry tasks, such as updating customer records and maintaining databases.
-Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
-Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management or a related field.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
-Willingness to learn, with strong problem-solving and positive attitude.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs.
-Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
