Responsibilities
1. Daily Production & Floor Execution (Hands-On)
-Personally perform roasting, mixing, packing, sealing, and labelling as needed.
-Lead by example in meeting daily production targets and ensuring consistent product quality.
-Organise and coordinate daily task flow for the production team.
-Ensure Bake Output plans and SKU requirements are completed on time.

2. Quality Control & Food Safety
-Maintain strict QC for roasting consistency, flavour profiles, and packaging accuracy.
-Conduct routine checks on raw materials and finished goods.
-Enforce hygiene standards aligned with MESTI / HACCP requirements.

3. Process & Efficiency Improvement
-Streamline production steps to reduce bottlenecks, wastage, and errors.
-Standardize SOPs and implement better workflow practices.
-Identify training needs and mentor team members on best practices.

4. Inventory Monitoring & Equipment Handling
-Monitor raw material usage (nuts, mixes, ingredients, packaging).
-Ensure FIFO, reduce shortages, and minimise wastage.
-Operate and troubleshoot roasting machines, mixing equipment, and packing machines.
-Coordinate basic maintenance and report issues early.

5. Cross-Department Coordination
-Liaise with E-commerce, Sales, Retail, and Fulfilment teams on SKU priorities and deadlines.
-Provide daily reporting on output, issues, manpower, and inventory needs.
-Support R&D trials and new recipe testing when required.

Requirements
-3–5 years experience in food production, FMCG, or manufacturing roles.
-Hands-on, strong work ethic, comfortable working on the floor daily.
-Able to lead and motivate the team through example, not just delegation.
-Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
-Physically fit enough for manual work (lifting, operating machines, etc.).
-Problem-solver with good communication skills.
-Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment with constant SKU variety.
