Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional customer service and handle daily Concierge operations.
-Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all customer service counters.
-Record and manage lost & found items in the logbook.
-Ensure flyers, brochures, and promotional materials are properly displayed.
-Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, both in person and online.
-Respond to customer messages and comments on social media (Facebook, Instagram) for all outlets.
-Support marketing activities such as contests, redemptions, and special events.
-Distribute marketing-related letters, promotions, or announcements to tenants.
-Compile and submit redemption reports and maintain the customer database.
-Assist in car park operations by resolving parking ticket issues.
-Check and ensure the First Aid kit is fully stocked and up to date.

Requirements:
-Education: SPM or equivalent (higher qualifications are an advantage).
-Experience: Prior experience in events, outdoor activities, or hospitality is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
-Energetic, enthusiastic, and a good team player
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
-Able to handle guests of different age groups and backgrounds.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
